Stay to admire the secular olive trees, seat on a dry wall, enjoy the atmosphere and colors of our summer. Would you like to learn how to recognize the traditional herbs and the edible wild grasses?

You’ll find some of them at the table, during a genuine Sicilian lunch, when you will try some of the tastiest recipes of our family, handed down from generation to generation! Very good local wine, family stories, tips and tricks to get the best from the simplest ingredients…

Then, be ready to explore the surroundings! Whether it is a trekking morning spent in an archaeological site or a quiet afternoon through the alleys of a hill town, everything becomes special if you can enjoy it like a local, arm in arm with a resident tour guide, listening to old stories, fun facts, and… interacting. Because, of course, you can’t leave until you learn a little Sicilian dialect!
